There are surveillance cameras on the outside of the property for security purposes only.
Parking for up to 4 vehicles available.
Some pets allowed - There is a $250 pet fee if you travel with one pet, and $350 for two or more pets.
Pack n'Play and high chair available upon request
TVs in this property are smart so you'll be able to log into your favorite streaming apps including those for broadcast TV. There is no cable TV. You have the option to log into any streaming app for which you have an account. We do not provide streaming app accounts.
Please do not flush wipes down toilet. If you use wipes, you'll be responsible $1500 for any plumbing repairs.
No parties or gatherings greater than 12 people.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the property, including vaping or medicinal marihuana. If we smell smoke you will be fined $500. You're welcome to smoke outside.
No loud music or noise after 9PM, this includes using the basketball court.

Pool & Hot Tub (Spa) Rules
No Lifeguard on duty - swim at your own risk!
Do NOT leave children under the age of 18 unsupervised!
No diving, running or any aggressive activity in or around the pool/spa area.
No children under the age of 18 permitted in the spa.
No glass containers of any kind allowed in or around the pool/spa area.
Pregnant women are advised NOT to use the spa.
Guests with any health or illness conditions are advised NOT to use the spa.
